These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pinaswin platform, including all gaming services, account features, payment processing, and promotional activities. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
- "pinaswin," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the pinaswin online gaming platform operated at pinaswin.vip and all related services, features, and content offered therein.
- "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the pinaswin platform in any capacity.
- "Account" refers to the registered account created by a Player on the pinaswin platform, through which the Player accesses gaming services, manages funds, and interacts with platform features.
- "Real Money Balance" refers to Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds deposited by the Player and held in their pinaswin account for use in real-money gaming.
- "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive funds credited to a Player's account subject to bonus-specific terms and wagering requirements.
- "Services" means all gaming products, sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, instant games, bingo rooms, and associated features available on the pinaswin platform.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and supervises online gaming operations in the Philippines.
- "Applicable Law" means all Philippine laws, regulations, PAGCOR directives, and any other legal requirements applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations before a Player can make withdrawals or access certain account features.
2 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pinaswin. By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any Service offered by pinaswin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional terms applicable to specific features, promotions, or game categories, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the pinaswin platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Services after any published amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
pinaswin reserves the right to require explicit reconfirmation of these Terms and Conditions from existing Players at any time, including where material changes have been made to the agreement. Failure to reconfirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary suspension of account access until confirmation is received.
3 Eligibility & Age Requirements
To be eligible to register and use the pinaswin platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from the pinaswin platform or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform;
- You are not registered as a problem gambler with PAGCOR's Exclusion List or any equivalent regulatory exclusion system;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
- You are not a pinaswin employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of any of the foregoing, in relation to any promotional offers.
pinaswin verifies player age and identity through a mandatory KYC process requiring submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their accounts permanently suspended and any winnings forfeited without recourse.
4 Account Registration and Security
4.1 Registration Requirements
Each Player may hold only one registered account on the pinaswin platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.
4.2 Account Verification (KYC)
In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements, all Players must complete identity verification before making withdrawals or accessing certain account features. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's license (LTO), Social Security System (SSS) card, UMID, Postal ID, or any other government-issued Philippine identification document bearing your photograph and date of birth.
pinaswin may request additional documentation at any time for the purposes of ongoing due diligence, fraud prevention, or compliance with Applicable Law. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. pinaswin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and selecting a unique, strong password. You agree to notify pinaswin support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
pinaswin will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from pinaswin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing
5.1 Deposits
pinaswin accepts deposits from Players via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100. pinaswin does not charge fees on standard e-wallet deposits; however, Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own financial service providers.
All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. pinaswin does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment source that does not belong to the registered account holder may be reversed and the account investigated for compliance violations.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. pinaswin does not charge fees on standard e-wallet withdrawals to GCash or Maya. Processing times are typically within minutes for verified accounts making e-wallet withdrawals, and within one business day for bank transfers.
Withdrawals will only be processed for accounts that have completed KYC verification. pinaswin reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in accordance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering compliance requirements.
5.3 Currency
All transactions on the pinaswin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pinaswin does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs arising from international payment methods are the sole responsibility of the Player.
6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
pinaswin may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, or other incentive programs to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict between a promotional offer's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
- Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before conversion to withdrawable funds.
- Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
- pinaswin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- Players who abuse promotional systems — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting with the intention of extracting bonus value without genuine play, or use of automated software — will have bonuses forfeited and accounts reviewed for suspension.
- Employees of pinaswin and their immediate family members are not eligible for Player promotions.
7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games offered on the pinaswin platform — including live dealer table games, random number generator (RNG) slots, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and instant games — are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before wagering.
The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all RNG slot titles is published within the platform. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing processes conducted in certified studios. Sports betting odds are set by pinaswin's sportsbook and reflect market conditions at the time of bet placement.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, pinaswin will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in a fair manner. However, pinaswin does not guarantee that interrupted sessions will always be recoverable, and bets affected by technical errors may be voided at pinaswin's reasonable discretion.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pinaswin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement authorities:
- Registering multiple accounts or assisting another individual in circumventing the one-account-per-person policy;
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or illegal fund transfers;
- Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any discovered vulnerability must be reported to support immediately;
- Collusion with other players or with any pinaswin personnel;
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been used for gaming without a legitimate dispute;
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic access restrictions or identity verification;
- Accessing the platform on behalf of a third party without explicit authorization;
- Any conduct that violates Applicable Law, including Philippine gambling laws and PAGCOR's licensing conditions.
9 Responsible Gaming
pinaswin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. All tools are accessible from the account settings section and take effect immediately upon activation:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Players may define maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further play is automatically restricted until the period resets.
- Session Time Notifications: Automated alerts when a player has been active on the platform for a specified duration.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During an exclusion, login is blocked and no marketing communications are sent.

10 Intellectual Property
All content on the pinaswin platform — including but not limited to the pinaswin brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of pinaswin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the pinaswin platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of pinaswin.
Third-party game providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles, interfaces, and associated content hosted on the pinaswin platform. Any reproduction or redistribution of game content is subject to the respective provider's licensing terms.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, pinaswin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical errors, unauthorized account access not caused by pinaswin's negligence, delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial service providers, or interruptions in service due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond pinaswin's reasonable control.
pinaswin does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Players in advance where practicable. In all circumstances, pinaswin's aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits pinaswin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12 Account Suspension, Termination & Closure
12.1 Suspension by pinaswin
pinaswin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its reasonable discretion, including without prior notice, in circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or confirmed; (b) compliance with a regulatory directive, court order, or law enforcement request requires such action; (c) KYC documentation requested has not been provided within a reasonable period; or (d) unusual account activity suggests fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
12.2 Account Closure by Player
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the pinaswin support team. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being met. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
12.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. pinaswin may apply administrative fees to dormant accounts as described in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied and given an opportunity to reactivate their account.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the relevant provisions of PAGCOR's charter and its implementing regulations for online gaming operators.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and pinaswin, the Player is encouraged to contact the pinaswin support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. pinaswin commits to responding to all formal complaints within five business days and to making reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and in good faith.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player dispute resolution mechanisms. PAGCOR, as the regulatory body overseeing pinaswin's operations, has jurisdiction over complaints related to licensed gaming services. Players retain the right to pursue legal remedies available under Philippine law.
Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14 Amendments to Terms & Conditions
pinaswin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the pinaswin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
